Or, I guess, here I am is more accurate. Apparently I didn’t have my phone with me that morning.
After chillaxing, we got ready for the day and headed out to the submarine, but we had to say hello to the penguins first. They were right outside our hotel tower, so we saw them every time we left.
We debated whether or not to do the submarine. We wanted to, but weren’t sure if we wanted to spend the cash. Then we decided we were in Hawaii, and had a chance to go down in a submarine and we’d better take the opportunity.
Waiting for the boat to take us to the sub.

The view from the pier.
On the deck of the submarine.
And then we dove down! We had a hilarious guide and we saw a good amount of fishies.
Yup, down 102 feet. At this point our guide asked all the couples to raise their hands and then instructed the men to give their lady a kiss. After which he said, “ladies, that is the deepest kiss you will ever get.” So true.
Above is one of the biggest fish we saw. And then this one looks like a Dori fish to me. You know, from Finding Nemo. But I could be wrong.
Sea Turtle on the deck of a sunken ship.
That’s how thick the glass is on our port holes.
And back to the surface.
My Man.
After the sub, we headed to the luau. Since we were at the hotel for seven night, they gave us tickets to the luau for free. Yea, buddy.
Dinner was good and the show was fun. For an evening of free entertainment, heck yeah, it was great.
Fire knife dancers. If you ever get the chance to watch fire knife dancers-take it. So cool!
Thursday we went to the Polynesian Cultural Center and saw the show there and the fire knife dancing and all that was EVEN COOLER. But you aren’t allowed to take pictures at it. : (
I ate dessert before dinner. I’m a rebel like that. Plus, they put it on our table before dinner! What’s a girl to do?
