Jennifer did an amazing job picking the place and divvying up assignments. I don’t think anyone felt overwhelmed, and we all had such a fun time! We stayed in a huge house 5 minutes from the shore of Bear Lake. This is the view from the back deck.

We decided to make the myth a reality once more at our Birthday BBQ that was held for Ella, Seth and Emmy.
The tradition goes like this: You buy a cake from Dierbergs. (We don’t have Dierbergs here. So we bought a costco cake and I used some of the frosting to write “Dierbergs” on the cake.)
You sit all of the kids around the cake.

Somehow I just haven’t been up on the bloggage lately. I shall try to redeem myself.
Eli is still my happy little man. He’s not sleeping as well at night, but is such a happy, smily, chatty little guy. He’s very good at rolling over now. He can roll to his tummy and then back again if he puts his mind to it. I swear, one of these days I’m going to walk out of the room and he will have learned to crawl while I was gone. He’s 4 1/2 months. 25 inches tall. I’m starting to buy him 12 month clothes cause he thinks he’s a grown up.

I was sitting at the table eating breakfast and out of the corner of my eye I saw Eli roll from his back to his tummy. 3 months and two days old. Course, he’s only done it one other time, but still, it’s fun to document.
